1. Who we are
novelmind.app ("NovelMind", "we") is operated by NovelMind Inc. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is today
NovelMind is in development. Today the site offers information about the product, a demo with hand-written example dossiers, and a waitlist for the private beta. The example dossiers and critiques illustrate the planned output; they are not AI results and not literary or psychological advice.
Features, plans and dates described on the site are our current intentions and may change.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or to any feature, price or badge. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing founder@novelmind.app. How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Prices and paid plans
The prices shown on the site are planned prices. Nothing is charged today, and no paid plan can be purchased yet. Before paid plans launch, we will publish billing terms and ask for your explicit agreement before any charge.
5. Your contributions
The demo's "Preview" box stays in your browser and sends nothing to us. When the beta lets you submit critiques, you will keep ownership of what you write, and you will give NovelMind permission to store, display and analyze it to build character dossiers. You must not submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or harasses others. We will explain this in more detail before submissions open.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated mass signups, and no using it to send spam or to sign up other people without their consent.
7. Intellectual property
The NovelMind name, logo, site design and texts belong to NovelMind Inc. Book titles, characters and short quotations used in the demo belong to their respective authors and rights holders and are used for commentary and illustration.
8. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" while the product is in development. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NovelMind Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We will update these terms as the product grows (for example, when accounts or paid plans launch) and change the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to waitlist members.

2. Hizmet bugün nedir
NovelMind geliştirme aşamasındadır. Site bugün ürün hakkında bilgi, elle yazılmış örnek dosyalar içeren bir demo ve özel beta için bir bekleme listesi sunar. Örnek dosyalar ve eleştiriler planlanan çıktıyı gösterir; yapay zekâ sonucu değildir, edebi veya psikolojik tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
Sitede anlatılan özellikler, planlar ve tarihler bugünkü niyetlerimizdir ve değişebilir.
3. Bekleme listesi
Bekleme listesine katılmak, betaya ya da herhangi bir özelliğe, fiyata veya rozete erişimi garanti etmez. founder@novelmind.app adresine yazarak istediğiniz zaman listeden çıkabilirsiniz. E-posta adresinizi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılmaktadır.
4. Fiyatlar ve ücretli planlar
Sitede gösterilen fiyatlar planlanan fiyatlardır. Bugün hiçbir ücret alınmaz ve henüz hiçbir ücretli plan satın alınamaz. Ücretli planlar başlamadan önce ödeme koşullarını yayımlayacak ve herhangi bir ücret alınmadan önce açık onayınızı isteyeceğiz.
5. Katkılarınız
Demodaki "Önizleme" kutusu tarayıcınızda kalır ve bize hiçbir şey göndermez. Beta eleştiri göndermeye açıldığında yazdıklarınızın sahibi siz olmaya devam edeceksiniz; NovelMind'a ise bunları karakter dosyaları oluşturmak için saklama, gösterme ve analiz etme izni vereceksiniz. Yasa dışı, başkasının haklarını ihlal eden veya başkalarını taciz eden içerik gönderemezsiniz. Gönderimler açılmadan önce bunu daha ayrıntılı açıklayacağız.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Siteyi kötüye kullanmayın: Siteyi bozmaya veya aşırı yüklemeye çalışmayın, otomatik toplu kayıt yapmayın, siteyi spam göndermek ya da başkalarını onların izni olmadan kaydetmek için kullanmayın.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
NovelMind adı, logosu, site tasarımı ve metinleri NovelMind Inc.'e aittir. Demoda kullanılan kitap adları, karakterler ve kısa alıntılar ilgili yazarlara ve hak sahiplerine aittir; yorum ve örnekleme amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.
8. Garanti verilmemesi
Ürün geliştirme aşamasındayken site "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Siteyi erişilebilir ve doğru tutmak için elimizden geleni yaparız, ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde NovelMind Inc., sitenin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketicinin korunması mevzuatı kapsamında vazgeçilemeyen haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
10. Değişiklikler
Ürün geliştikçe (örneğin hesaplar veya ücretli planlar başladığında) bu koşulları güncelleyecek ve yukarıdaki tarihi değiştireceğiz. Önemli değişiklikleri sitede veya bekleme listesindekilere e-postayla duyuracağız.
